As a deep-feeler, your body is a repository of every experience and unspoken truth you've ever lived. When those stories are trapped in your nervous system, they create hypersensitivity on top of your sensitivity – which then manifests as anxiety, internal overwhelm, separateness from your body, body loathing and cruel thoughts toward yourself.

The Internal Bloom is a sanctuary for your ever-feeling nervous system. It is a high-touch, intimate partnership that gives you the structure you need to feel safe, and the spaciousness you need to find internal bloom.
- Story Intake Call: A dedicated 90-minutes for us to honor where you've been before we move toward where you're going.
- Six Bi-Weekly 90-Minute Sessions: These deep-dive sessions are held every other week to ensure you have ample time to integrate each shift.

A Foundation of Somatic Safety: You receive trauma-informed, gentle guidance to help you approach your stories with honesty but without fear. We focus on expanding your capacity for regulation and self-affirmation.

What will learning to self-witness get you
As a highly sensitive woman who feels things intensely and deeply?
You'll be able to set boundaries, emotionally regulate and honor your nervous system from a place of self-affirmation, not judgement.
You'll be able to process trauma from the bottom-up (through your body) instead of the top-down (just thinking and ruminating about it), and have the tools to do this on your own so emotions you do feel going forward stop getting locked in your body.
You'll re-pattern beliefs about yourself that keep you in self-judgement, loathing or shame and embody – meaning actually feel and hold inside yourself that your sensitivity isn't an aside: t needs to be taken seriously. And that it can become something you affirm and love about yourself, no matter what your history. (🥹🫶🏼)
This coaching isn't a substitute for therapy, but it compliments therapy work beautifully. Many of my clients take their Body Writings into their therapy sessions, and bring the cognitive concepts from their therapy sessions into our sessions to help them land inside their bodies and bloom. 💐

HELLO, I'M JENNIFER
I spent years trying to deny the intensity with which I feel everything – resenting my sensitivity and body for the way they would not calm down.
It wasn't until I went into the stories I knew my body was holding that my relationship with and experience inside my body began to change.
I created The Internal Bloom because I couldn't not share the path to healing I had found for myself. My work helps you shift from the despair of hypersensitivity into the grounded beauty of self-witnessing your life.
I'm a Certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Coach who specializes in nervous system regulation, re-patterning and trauma-informed embodiment. I resonate deeply with Ailey Jolie's feminine evolution of the idea that the body holds the score – that our bodies hold our stories. The Body Writing™ framework was born through this click.
When not holding space for my lovely clients, I can be found sipping an americano (with splash of maple syrup), curled in a chair with headphones in, feeling everything and nothing.
