To make the most of this experience, gather these tools for each day:

 

A nice notebook: Something that feels good in your hands. We're moving away from the screen and into the felt sense of ink on paper.

Your favorite pen: Choose one that glides easily. Our goal is to keep your pen moving without resistance.

Headphones: Since we are working with the emotional resonance of music, a pair of headphones will enrich your experience.

A quiet corner: You'll need 20 minutes of undisturbed time each day where you feel safe enough to soften. Make it pleasant for yourself.
