This is stage zero. A controlled burn. Body Story will illuminate the mind-body connection it is absolutely critical we understand as sensitive women with sensitive bodies. Through my proprietary Body Writing⢠process, you'll release what your body is sick of holding. Part online course and part guided journaling prompts, this is a raw and private reclamation that will help you find peace inside and a more loving relationship with your body â despite it feeling really hard to love.
