This is not a writing class. It's not a course. It is a 4-month, high-touch, transformative journey specifically designed for sensitive women to unlock the stories stored in their bodies and finally release them. 

Through our proprietary Body Writing™ process, you will learn to bridge the gap between your physical sensations and your creative voice. 

What you will experience over 4 months:
  • Live Somatic Writing Circles: 90-minute sacred, weekly containers to slow down and listen to your body
  • Intimate Group Support: A curated circle of like-minded, empathetic women – no judgement, no criticism, just witnessing
  • Somatic Integration Coaching: Guidance on how to process the stories you unearth

Arrive & Ground: We begin with gentle somatic grounding to connect with our bodies and the present moment

The Prompt Invitation: A curated, evocative prompt invites you to notice your intuitive response

Somatic Writing: You'll stream-of-consciousness write for a set period of time, keeping your pen moving which allows your body to guide the pen, instead of your thinking mind.

 Witnessing & Sharing: Always optional sharing of your words in our safe, non-critical space, which allows your body to feel seen and validated.

Hello, I'm Jennifer 

 

I'm a highly sensitive writer at heart turned Certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and Somatic Writing Coach for sensitive women.

I've been supporting highly sensitive women to come home to their bodies through giving their bodies voice since 2019 and I know what it's like to feel chronically overwhelmed, live in your head and feel disconnected from your body.

I believe the body holds stories, trauma and emotions that our logical minds cannot access. After years (ahem, decades) of trying to reason my way out of emotional pain, I found myself in profound physical pain and disconnection. At a loss for how else to help myself, I started writing and developed my Body Writing™ process – a gentle, safe way to allow our bodies to speak through sensation and intuitive writing. Body Writing™ is a creative and therapeutic pathway to resolve old trauma stories, release suppressed emotions and find peace.

I really appreciate the rules that are read at the beginning of each circle, I appreciate the time to reflect both on what it was like to write and then to read out loud.
