Welcome to Body Writers: The Somatic Writing Circle

 

This is not a writing class. It's not a course. It is a 4-month, high-touch, transformative journey specifically designed for sensitive women to unlock the stories stored in their bodies and finally release them. 

Through our proprietary Body Writing™ process, you will learn to bridge the gap between your physical sensations and your creative voice.

Hello, I'm Jennifer 

 

I'm a highly sensitive writer at heart turned Certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and Somatic Writing Coach.

I've been helping highly sensitive women come home to their bodies through writing since 2019. I've run the original Body Writers circle for four years and I absolutely know what it's like to feel chronically overwhelmed, live in your head and feel disconnected from your body.

I believe our bodies hold our stories, trauma and emotions in a way our thinking minds can never access. After years of trying to reason my way out of my own pain, I found myself in a profound state of disconnection. I wrote intuitively from there and, inspired by my own healing, developed my Body Writing™ process – a gentle and safe way to allow our bodies to speak for somatic healing. Body Writing™ is a beautiful, creative and therapeutic way to resolve old trauma stories, release suppressed emotions and find deep healing.

This 4-month container is a beautiful fit for you if:

 

  • You've done lots of "work" – therapy, rumination, self-help, but still feel a disconnect between your head and your body
