This coaching is for highly sensitive women with trauma histories — women who feel lonely in their depth, uncomfortable in their bodies and afraid to feel their feelings. Whether you're struggling to truly process emotions and events, heal self-loathing or you live with pain in your body you know is emotional, this work helps you resolve emotional pain so you can feel safety in your body that will stay.
You worry you're too broken to heal.
You're so used to internal overwhelm, you can't imagine your life without it. You've tried but you just can't let go of things that've upset you. You feel lonely and not terribly safe talking to anyone because you really are so sensitive.
You feel okay one minute then triggered the next.
You question whether regulation is even possible for you. You numb out and struggle with self-sabotage or harm. You feel anxious regularly. You wonder why you can't move past certain feelings. You want to not be afraid to let your feelings in.
You fear losing control emotionally or worse, being drowned by your emotions.
You can feel that you're holding a lot.
The idea of feeling our feelings, particularly when we feel so deeply, often brings up anxiety, self-judgement and fear.
This fear is not good for you or your ability to be with your body.

I understand what its like to live outside your body for how difficult it feels to live in. I've struggled too, with past traumas and emotional pain that left me both numb and completely overwhelmed on my inside.
Many deep-feeling, sensitive women struggle to be in their bodies post-trauma. Past and ongoing pain experiences create hypersensitivity in our nervous system, and the false belief that we'll be safe if we just stay quiet.
It makes you wonder whether peace with your body is even possible.
This state of anxious disconnection doesn't have to stay. It is possible to find safety in your body through connection with it. You don't need to avoid feeling – you need support that helps you feel to heal guided by your body, like it's a friend.
Hi, I'm Jennifer
I've been a writer all my life, using journaling and memoir to process experiences and feel connected with myself. My experience of healing myself with writing after a massive trauma led me to a career as a certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and Somatic Writing Coach.
I specialize in helping highly sensitive women resolve the fear of connecting with their bodies that keeps them in perpetual pain. I help them feel present, connected, at peace and whole. I help them heal without feeling overwhelmed along the way.
I created this program because my coaching practice was full of brave, emotionally intelligent women who's healing efforts felt so ongoing they had eroded their relationship with their body.
This coaching isn’t just talking about your pain with a pen in your hand. It’s intentional, somatic work that will shift your relationship with your body and self on a nervous system level.

1. Pre-Work Questionnaire:
We begin with a Pre-Work Questionnaire to get clear on your struggles and longings. This is a detailed examination of your healing journey: what you've tried, how that's been and your head and heart space coming into this work. Answering these questions will ensure you feel seen and safe before we begin.

2. Eight Coaching Sessions (90 minutes each via telephone or Zoom)
We'll meet each week for a 90-minute coaching session, inside which we'll converse, you may do some journaling and through our process, you'll leave with less pain, calmer in your body and feeling softer toward yourself. This gentle unraveling of your story allows for deeper healing each session.

I feel hope again.
Before working with Jennifer, I was feeling exhausted, sick and tired of life in general. I had just come into awareness of how my life has always felt difficult for me, how I've never felt comfortable, how just being on this planet in this body has always been hard.
I've been in therapy for many years for my complex PTSD and done a lot of good work but it seemed like the end result was that I increased my capacity to work harder and accomplish more, without ever feeling better. I never felt like I could relax into my life, soften and just feel good. In fact, I hadn't felt anything good in my body in about 2.5 years. I'd tried yoga, changing my food, working on my relationships, all the things.
