Somatic trauma healing through writing

Hello, I'm Jennifer - writer, author and highly intuitive INFJ empath. After healing myself of an experience with covert narcissistic abuse by writing my story, I developed my somatic writing process to bring sensitive womxn who feel their emotions intensely into more compassionate relationship with their bodies, stories and selves. I'm a Certified Somatic Trauma Integration Coach, Somatic Writing Coach  and Taurus rising Cancer moon - very into somatics, beauty and feeling.

A weekly somatic writing and healing circle.
